The natural habitat of the vince, a graduate computer science researcher. When cornered into an office with no windows, it is typical to find the animal adapt to the cave like environment. A prominent element is the Sun statue. This halogen light source is preferred by the vince, even though florescent lighting is available. A constant 7pm summer evening is maintained.

The second most prominent feature is the presence of several computers and other electrical equipment. Also, music seems to be played constantly, from a wide range of electronica, techno, hip-hop, heavy metal, and rap.

On the far wall, as well as several scraps of paper, are what appear to be technical notes and drawings. Their meanings are difficult to discover. The remaining wall space is mostly covered with art work. Some of these "cave paintings" were created by the vince, while others are images of friends, family, pets, and favorite art work.

It appears that the vince seldomly leaves this habitat for long. Short trips to gather and consume food are standard.
